The Sabatinis — an organized crime family — are currently led by Vinny who took over after his brother Micky was successfully convicted and then died in prison. Vinny blamed both events on Guillermo Santos Sr. Vinny’s plan is to avenge his brother’s death at the hands of the Santos family.
